La Granja Hotel

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was clean, and the temperature felt just right. It was also very quiet and welcoming, with a great location. There’s public parking. A previous guest apparently objected to it, but the street is for everyone, since we all pay taxes, and I imagine that guest does too. The owners are super friendly. We travel for leisure quite a bit, around 3-4 times a year, and in my humble opinion this is one of the best places we’ve slept. I’d give it more stars if there were more to give. Highly recommended.

We felt so looked after here, almost like being at grandma’s house 🫶🏾. Silvia and her partner were especially kind, and their suggestions for places to see and eat were much appreciated. When you’re traveling, you don’t want to have a bad meal. It’s a trip I’m sure I won’t forget, and I’ll definitely come back when I have more time. This time, there just wasn’t enough!

The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh coffee and juice, homemade cake, cereal, cookies, toast, and more. They cleaned the room every day, and it had both heating and air conditioning. The owners were incredibly friendly too. It’s just 20 minutes from the aqueduct. 200% recommended!

We got in a little late, but there’s a bar less than 20 meters away, so we could pick up sandwiches and beers. The area is a peaceful haven, about 10 minutes from the center of Segovia. The hostel itself is cozy, beautiful, and clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The manager was lovely, friendly, and helpful, and breakfast was very good too.
