A pleasure to stay in. The modern apartment was comfortable, had a pool, and came with everything we needed. The attention to detail was a nice touch.

The quick, helpful maintenance service was a real plus. The technician came out promptly and sorted out the problem efficiently. We spent two weeks in one of the Nuria apartments in Roses, and had a wonderful holiday. It’s in a great spot in Santa Margarita, just a short walk from the beach, shops, restaurants, and the night market along the beachfront. We didn’t need the car except for excursions and grocery runs. The staff at Agence Immobilière InmoSantos in the town center welcomed us with smiles and were very pleasant. Apartment 2-1, on the second floor, is laid out really well and faces west. There’s no sun in the morning or at lunchtime, so breakfast and lunch on the balcony terrace were comfortable. In the afternoon, we needed to lower the blind and switch on the air conditioning to stay cool until around 20:15-20:30. After that, we could enjoy the sunset and eat outside. Everything we needed was in the apartment, and it was exceptionally clean. Credit to the whole cleaning and maintenance team for the hard, thankless work. Their professionalism made a big difference when we arrived, and even some of the small details felt like a 4-star hotel. The pool was clean and pleasant. It’s at the back of the building, on the east side, so it gets sun all morning and into mid-afternoon. Such a shame there were no loungers. To sunbathe, we had to lay our towels right on the tiles. The building has surveillance cameras and a very useful elevator. The pedestrian gate is open access, while the automatic vehicle gate comes with a remote. Button A opens it, and it closes by itself after a few minutes. If you’re lucky enough to get a parking space to keep your car cool, take care: the ramp down and back up is steep and narrow, so consider your vehicle’s size. Button B opens the garage, which also closes automatically. There are a few places with evening entertainment nearby, but we wished there were more cultural and musical shows around the area and in the town center. For livelier nights, we suggest driving about 15 minutes to Empuriabrava. There’s also a little night market running along the beach there, as well as trendy bars and restaurants. Everything was set up for a lovely stay in an idyllic setting. Thank you so much, we had an extraordinary holiday thanks to everyone and would be very happy to come back.
