Domus Selecta La Fabrica del canal

Hotel La Fábrica del Canal was a fantastic experience. The food was very good, and the staff stood out for their professionalism and attitude. They were always ready to help. Highly recommended.

We had a truly luxurious anniversary celebration and an unforgettable memory. The attention and service, everything in general, were a pleasure. The only thing we missed was good weather, but that couldn't be helped. We hope to come back someday.

The food is even better than the already amazing place. Roxana is an incredible chef and so attentive. We felt looked after and happy throughout our stay. I highly recommend it.

The old flour mill's wooden machinery has been fully restored, and it's woven into a high quality modern renovation with beautiful decor. Even the wooden beam ceilings have been restored in a way that respects the mill's character. The rooms are spacious and bright, with spectacular views, high ceilings made from authentic mill wood, and modern decor. Some have freestanding tubs and showers. The food is very good, made with high quality products and carefully presented. From the indoor and outdoor spaces to the kitchen, it seems ideal for a special event or a once in a lifetime wedding, and they are fully equipped for that. The owner is attentive to her guests and every detail, including the floral table decorations and the decor throughout. Romantic, cozy, and distinctive, it's highly recommended. The setting by the water and wheat fields impressed me, and it's close to Palencia and less than an hour from Valladolid.
