The restaurant staff were a mixed bag. Some took a while to help, but Natalia was my favourite. She always remembered my room number, and after I surprised her with a good morning in Spanish, she surprised me today by asking how I was in my language. A few other restaurant staff were lovely too, though I don't know their names. The pool bar is really good, but it can get crowded. Once lunch took over 30 minutes, and they apologized so much and gave me two drinks for free. I've only got a couple of days left after a five-week stay, and I really like the hotel. We arrived quite late and waited ages for our rooms because we had to fill in passport forms. I work as a hotel receptionist and we'd never do that, so it surprised me, though I understand why. The room itself was really big and nice. I've only dealt with the receptionists three times, but they seemed good. Rooms were cleaned more often than the website says. There was one woman who cleaned ours almost every time. I don't know her name, but if you see this and know you got a Babybel cheese from me, you're super sweet 🥹. It's been a good stay.

The main problem was the door to our room failing on the last night, leaving us unable to get in. The hotel offered all-inclusive access the next day, but we were checking out at 11 a.m., so it wasn't much use; they wouldn't consider a partial refund. We also found ants in the bathroom and stains on the walls, sofa and furniture. We chose TRH Palmanova Suites because we wanted Palmanova and hoped to avoid Magaluf's party scene, but the hotel is actually in Magaluf, so the name felt misleading. The location, cleanliness and response to a major inconvenience didn't meet our expectations.

The apartment had clearly been given a thorough clean before we arrived, and the food was great. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. We left food on the balcony floor and attracted ants, entirely our own fault. Reception sent someone with spray within five minutes, and when we got back the room was spotless. It's a 2-3 minute walk to the strip and beach. One of the nicest places I've stayed, and I honestly can't recommend it enough.

Staff were really nice and accommodating, and housekeeping kept the room tidy. When we mentioned an AC problem, it was fixed within an hour. Breakfast was good, though the afternoon meals weren't to our taste. But over our 10 nights we hardly slept because of people shouting and screaming, chairs being dragged upstairs, people walking past all night, late-night doorbell pranks, and loud music in the early morning. If you want to party, the location is ideal. For a family holiday, especially with young children, I'd choose somewhere else. We wouldn't recommend it if a good night's sleep matters.

We'd happily come back. The location is excellent, with a Spar right next door and plenty of bars and restaurants only a short walk away. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Housekeeping spotted a floor issue we'd missed and let us know straight away. The team moved us to another room without any fuss. We'd definitely recommend staying here.
