The location is the best thing, about a 30-minute walk to the center or four stops by bus. Public parking is easy and costs €4.50 a day, and booking online and checking in were both straightforward and friendly. The rooms are extremely basic: a bed, towels, closet, and window, plus a TV if that's what you're in Pamplona for. WiFi is weak but works. I wouldn't share a bathroom. They're tiny and have no ventilation, so stay hot and damp around the clock, and the hallways carry every sound. Bring a rag and cleaning spray if you like things tidy. Nothing is provided, and the bathroom isn't serviced between 16h and 10h, so you may be left with one dirty bath mat and damp toilet paper if the previous person took more than a two-minute shower. Management says it isn't responsible for stolen items, so put up the Do-Not-Disturb sign and take your passport with you.

The bed was comfortable, but the apartment was hard to locate, and the place was difficult to find from outside too. The staff had to come show us, and they were very good. No kettle, which seemed odd. Be careful with the shower cubicle, it was slippery and nearly dangerous.

The check-in staff were great, and the location was okay, though a bit far from the center in a noisy student neighborhood. But our room was awful: several outlets didn't work, one light was out, the air-conditioner remote had dead batteries, the toilet flush stuck so the tank wouldn't refill, and the shower dispenser had no soap. Around five rooms share one tiny bathroom, and there were just too many problems to enjoy the stay. It didn't match the fancy website at all.

After so many kilometers walking the camino de santiago, it felt a bit far from the city center, but the location was handy for setting off the next morning. The room and bathroom were clean. There was a laundry place across the street, which made it easy to pass the time before check-in while we washed and dried our things.
