The card keeps failing to unlock the door, and they say it can't be fixed without the other card, which my partner has and can't provide. So I'm either locked in or locked out of the room. This is the most basic problem to sort out. Completely useless.

This place is either run very unprofessionally or, at worst, could be a scam to get personal data. I booked through booking.com the day before arrival. They charged my credit card, then sent a message through the platform asking for extra details before they would review and confirm my reservation. The link was removed, probably automatically, which made me suspicious. I contacted the property and they sent me the link directly. When my virus scanner checked it, it flagged what it suggested was a dodgy site. Around 2 pm on the day I was due to arrive, I raised my concern with the property. I got no answer for a while, so I asked to cancel. Around 5 pm that day, they replied that instead of using their webpage I could email them a selfie and a copy of my ID without any protection. They would review it and decide whether I was worthy of staying there. They ignored my cancellation request and didn't refund the money. I didn't send my personal data and stayed somewhere else. Even after I didn't show up, they tried again the next day, asking for a selfie and a copy of my ID. To be clear, they weren't asking to check documents in person during check-in, which is normal and completely acceptable. They wanted personal data for some top-secret review before confirming the reservation. How they would use the data, and what criteria they used to accept or reject bookings, remains a mystery. Stay away from this place and several others managed by the same people. Otherwise, you may find your data sold on the dark net.

I've been here for a month. It's in a great spot, within walking distance of 5 bus stops, with several parks, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. There's an EROSKI about 150 m from the front door of the residence. My room is great for studying, reading, or relaxing, and there's an outdoor terrace too. On the same floor, the laundry room is managed through an app, where you pay and get notified when your cycle finishes. The staff are helpful and accommodating, and entry feels secure. A perfect location.

The building is new, and we liked our first impression, but the stay went badly. Wi-Fi was out for the first three days, and water dripping from the AC meant we were moved to a room unlike the one we booked. Nobody apologized. Cleaning was poor too: makeup all over one towel, food left in the fridge by the previous guest, and pistachio shells on the floor. Some staff were unfriendly or unhelpful, and seemed not to communicate with each other. There were too many problems for this place to feel like a good stay.
