The customer service was top notch, and communication and understanding were great. Extraordinary place, I recommend it!

The bus stop right outside was useful, though we twice missed the bus as we were coming out and had to walk. There’s a grocery store and a little bakery nearby, laundry was available, and it’s close to the bus terminal for our trip to Barcelona. We didn’t use the gym, but it seemed decently equipped. We stayed for San Fermin and got a good, clean room with great AC. The price for our travel dates was amazing, and the staff were great throughout, especially letting us check in early. I’d been worried by some of the lower reviews, which I think were unjustified. This was my second time in Pamplona for the fiestas, and with two travelers or fewer, I’d definitely book here again.

The room was in awful shape: broken lights, no bin for rubbish, and a blocked shower that overflowed. It was 30ºC, the air conditioner didn’t work, and we couldn’t get anyone to respond. We were given that room in the middle of August even though they knew the AC was broken. We called the receptionist, who said they’d come check but never appeared. After waiting two hours and making several unanswered calls, we went down to reception and found nobody there. The receptionist had left much earlier without telling us. Booking.com couldn’t reach the accommodation either. The next morning, reception was still empty even though opening time was 10 AM, so we had to leave without a chance to complain or get an explanation. One of my worst accommodation experiences.

The receptionist was helpful, and there’s a bathtub, though the bathroom had a few small issues. It’s basically a simple hotel room with even less equipment. Fine if the price is decent.
