I just got back to India after a wonderful 15-day stay at Hotel NH. The room was spotless, stylish and comfortable, and service throughout was attentive and efficient. The desk staff made a great impression from check-in, with a warm welcome and professional manner. A special mention for Maria at reception, who went out of her way to help with a last-minute booking change and offered excellent local tips. She also helped arrange a 6 am taxi to Bilbao airport and recommended breakfast. I'll definitely return!

The service was good and helpful, and the location was fine. My main issue was the atmosphere, which felt a bit artificial. The room was okay, but didn't have Netflix, which is standard nowadays. The bed seemed relatively new, though I found it hard to sleep on.

Good spot, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and plenty of parking. The rooms are large, the staff provide excellent service, and the buffet has lots of choices. One of the best hotels to stay at.

The room was spacious and smelled fresh, and the mattress was very comfortable. The sheets looked as if someone had slept in them, though. The toilet and shower room felt worn, but the towels were hotel quality. The room itself seemed straight out of the eighties, and was missing a kettle, tea bags, milk portions and the usual complimentary bits you'd expect at European hotels.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fresh with a good selection. Our clean, quiet, spacious room was comfortable, though some furniture and the flooring showed wear. Parking is available, but you have to pay for it.
