I'm surprised this hotel has low ratings, because I loved it. The shower had excellent pressure, and I liked being able to reach the handle by the opening to turn it on and set the temperature without getting soaked. The room smelled lovely and was very clean, with a comfortable bed and good blackout curtains. They leave a bottle of water in the room, and breakfast was standard. We were on a tour, so I didn't have any contact with the staff. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the old town.

We were with a tour group, and the dinner they served for the large group was delicious. Breakfast was fantastic too, with lots of different foods. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, and I wish we could have stayed longer. Great location, not far from the old city, shops, and bars. The city is very clean and pretty. Recommended.

A cosy, romantic getaway for spending lovely moments with your spouse. The breakfast is so good, and you can get lunch or dinner through room service.

It was festival time, and the last two days were awesome but very crowded. Parking was a bit of a problem at first, though they found me a spot the next day. The hotel is well located for walking around Pamplona, with shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The service was amazing, and although my Spanish was very limited, plenty of people could still talk with me and give me the information I needed. Easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I highly recommend it if you're visiting Pamplona.

The hotel is nice and centrally located, with friendly staff and paid parking right outside. My only complaint is the very limited vegan and vegetarian choices. In 2025, that's really disappointing for a hotel that says it puts customers first, and it's the sole reason for my lower rating.
