Casas Blancas 13

I can't give zero stars, so I gave it one. They didn't provide the house we'd booked and paid for, and without telling us, they wanted to put us in a lower-standard place instead. We had a disabled person with us who couldn't use the facilities in the alternative house. It was dirty and very small, and the fixtures and appliances were old. When we complained and asked for help, they said our booked house was occupied for a long stay but offered no solution. We felt completely mistreated by them. In the end, we had to go home and lose our holiday.

From outside, the place looked lovely, but the apartment was awful. Everything seemed original, with no investment in it. The toaster and washing machine didn't work. They said they'd replace them, but I had to travel almost 3 km to get one. There were about four loose tiles on the terrace where you lean against it, and the blankets looked ancient. Customer service was nonexistent. When I emailed my complaints, they only called me, so there'd be no written record. I don't recommend it at all!

The houses are right on the beach, which gives them a special charm, and they're nice. But they need maintenance. I've stayed several times, and each time there have been things in bad shape or broken that we've had to report. Three stars from me. We may come back next year, but I'd like to see the facilities improved.

A lovely, quiet holiday with direct access to the beach and sea. The complex is beautiful and has a pool, the apartment was great, and the German-speaking staff dealt with problems straight away. We fed the cat. Best wishes, the Kuscher family. The bedroom got unbearably hot and humid, with air conditioning only in the living room. There were also two broken chairs on the terrace. Otherwise, a wonderful vacation and a great apartment, highly recommended for a quiet stay.
