The accessible rooms and elevator stood out, and the entrance has just one small step, which is easy to manage in an electric wheelchair. Breakfast is simple, with cold cuts, pastries, juice, toast, and gluten-free choices. Pedro and Ana were wonderful, taking care with every detail and making us feel at home. The hotel is small and in a great spot for exploring Pastrana. We had a magnificent experience and will be back.

We reached out by WhatsApp and were told off because it was too late. A business handles its emails and WhatsApp and replies when it can; those aren’t phone calls. The same applies to calls. They showed little enthusiasm and came across as arrogant and condescending toward people with a Wonderbox gift. I’m going to help them by passing along their request so nobody else using Wonderbox has to deal with the same problem. Don’t use Wonderbox or give money to someone so arrogant. Plenty of hardworking, kind people deserve it.

There were more than 30 of us traveling together, and we all felt at home. The welcome was warm, the service excellent, and the staff took great care of us. The hotel is close to the historic center and monuments, with a convenient parking lot nearby where we could leave our cars without trouble. At breakfast, Ana told us the history of the Princess of Éboli and Pastrana. Many thanks to Pedro, Ana, and the whole hotel team. We’ll definitely return. A wonderful experience.
