Raquel treated us with such warmth that I was honestly speechless. She helped with everything, from route and restaurant suggestions to lending us whatever we needed. I’ve travelled a lot and can’t remember being looked after so well. The hotel itself is spotless and lovely, with gorgeous, cosy rooms and welcoming shared spaces. There’s a fireplace area with board games, and guests can use the kitchen to make lunch or dinner, which was especially handy since the town’s restaurants weren’t open at night during winter. Breakfast was delicious and generous, and we didn’t feel anything was missing. It’s a wonderful place to unwind and feel welcome. We’ll come back when the weather’s warmer. Raquel was so attentive, kind, and pleasant, and the setting is wonderful too. The hotel feels original and quite unlike the usual places. Our room had plenty of space and was equipped with everything we needed, including comfortable beds, a hair dryer, smart TV, and a fantastic bathroom. Everything was impeccably clean. I’d recommend staying here without hesitation.

We appreciated the thoughtful little gift Raquel gave us when we arrived, and we’ll definitely return. She really went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. The room was spacious and had air conditioning for summer or winter, and breakfast was delicious. Everything was perfect.

Raquel was very helpful from the booking call onward: she assisted with the reservation, suggested the best time to visit and places to see, and was honest and incredibly efficient at arranging things. She was friendly without intruding, giving us room to do our own thing. The location is very good, and the town of Patones is fantastic. We stayed in October and had a wonderful time, especially thanks to Raquel, the owner, who made sure we had what we needed and felt comfortable. We’d definitely return, and probably will. It’s well worth it.
