El Bulín de Pedraza

The house is laid out over three levels: two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor, a large bedroom that can fit up to four beds plus the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with pantry on the middle floor, and a huge living room at the top. We enjoyed both the house and the village, and the heating kept the whole family more than comfortable. There are several flights of narrow stairs, so this isn't suitable for people with reduced mobility. The single bed mattresses weren't very comfortable and seemed better for children or lighter people, but after two nights we slept well. Our stay was wonderful, and I'd highly recommend it.

We booked this house for a wedding we're planning in Pedraza in October. When we called to confirm the reservation, we were told it didn't exist because another booking had been made two days after ours. Now we have nowhere to stay in Pedraza for the wedding. The management was appalling, and the whole thing felt unprofessional and unreliable.

They're completely unprofessional. We booked in October 2022 for September 2023 because we're attending a wedding in Pedraza. Then, a month before the wedding, they cancelled our reservation. Their only offer was to refund us or put us up in a village far from Pedraza. Pedraza was already full that weekend, so this has caused us a huge problem. I don't recommend this place at all.

The house was very uncomfortable, especially for children and older people, and the cleanliness was poor, particularly with the bedding and blankets. The ceilings are very low, and the door frames lower still, so we bumped our foreheads more than once. The layout doesn't work well: the largest shared space is in the attic, while the kitchen and dining room are tiny. I wouldn't return or recommend it.
