The views are beautiful in daylight and after dark, and you can stroll along the beach for ages. It’s well worth stopping here before you head back to the airport. I’d definitely recommend both the hotel and its location.

Breakfast had plenty of sweet options, and the rooms were clean, air-conditioned, and had comfortable beds. Most balconies seem to face the beach, and it looks like every room has one. You’re just seconds from the beach and about a minute from the old walled town. A great spot.

It’s right on the seafront, which is a good location, but parking is a real problem. To get to the free parking you have to drive down a road marked no entry, and the hotel never answered when I asked where to park.

It’s very simple and not luxurious, but being just 10 metres from both the beach and the old castle gives the place a great feel. The location couldn’t have been better, and our balcony was fantastic, really large and facing several directions.

The receptionist was lovely and helpful, and the hotel is close to both the beach and old town, which was perfect. The room and bathroom smelled really bad, though, and the hotel felt a bit dirty. Breakfast was terrible.
