Camping Los Pinos

We came through Peniscola planning to spend two days at Los Pinos, but wound up staying for a month. The people there were so friendly, and Jonathon kept everyone entertained, from aquagym and water polo by the pool to quizzes, karaoke and discos in the evenings. Jocelin and Sebastian's food was really good and reasonably priced. The pool was beautiful, the facilities were very well looked after, and the showers had lots of hot water. We'd love to come back.

A quiet site with clean toilets and plenty of showers. The pitches are a little small, but that wasn't an issue for us. WiFi and electricity were good, and the staff were friendly. Very good value.

We fitted our 7 meter van, trailer and car around the site, though it was tight and took a slow, careful drive. There was space to walk the dogs outside the grounds, and the beach was about a 20 minute walk, with lots to see along the way. On site, the staff spoke several languages and were always willing to help. There was a pool and restaurant, electric hookups, clean water points and places to clean toilets. Showers and dishwashing had hot water whenever we needed it, and fresh baguettes were available each morning. Great value and a really good campsite.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this small campsite, a little way out of town. The pitches were decent, the toilets clean, and the pool was very good, with separate sections. It sits close to the main road, so there was some noise at times, though it wasn't a problem for us. The minimarket also wasn't open, for some reason, even though it was "high" season.
