Los Jerónimos

Los Jeronimos is a magical place, and the owners are so hospitable. If you want somewhere peaceful away from the city with great food, this is the place for you. It really does feel magical.

The breakfast was a treat, with excellent products, their own organic bread, fresh juice, and homemade jams. We also had dinner there twice, and it was all homemade using vegetables from their garden. For me, that kind of care is a real luxury, and I definitely want to find an excuse to come back. The house has so much charm, from the old furniture and stone walls to the flower-filled terrace and big vegetable garden. Kittens kept us company as we wandered around. You can feel the culture, knowledge, and passion behind everything, and it's all looked after so carefully. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the place feels full of soul. It's in a peaceful village, a healthy place to relax. I'd love to stay longer and talk with Celia and Pedro about their experiences, projects, and the house's history. I can't imagine it being better. Thanks so much for those fabulous days.

La Tuda has no services, but Celia and Pedro have created a truly authentic inn where you feel wonderful. We stayed in August 2025, and it was a magnificent visit. The accommodation feels like a little oasis, beautiful, sustainable, and well decorated. Its location also makes it easy to visit Zamora and the Arribes del Duero region. The terrace is wonderful, surrounded by greenery and a welcome break from the heat. Travelers gather there to chat, have a drink, or let the little ones play with tireless Rufus. The pool is on the small side, but perfectly adequate and tastefully done. Meals use local and/or organic products, and there's homemade bread too. We highly recommend it.

We had such a lovely time, and we'll definitely be back. This was our second family dinner here, and the food couldn't have been better. The typical Peruvian dishes were homemade and delicious, with unbeatable flavor, and the desserts were homemade too. There were several choices for starters, main courses, and desserts. The staff were so friendly and charming!
