The property and setting are amazing. We stayed there with friends for my 40th birthday after booking through Airbnb, and had planned to return this year. Rafael, the owner, suggested booking directly with him, so in October 2025 I sent 150 Euros as a deposit for an October 2026 stay. Personal circumstances changed, and I cancelled in December, ten months before the trip. Rafael first offered to keep the deposit for a booking the following year, but we couldn't make that commitment. After that, communication stopped, and he refused to return the 150 Euros. The place is often fully booked, and he had ten months to find someone else for our dates, which made the refusal especially disappointing. I trusted him when he encouraged us to book directly, and felt disrespected by the way he kept my money. I'd recommended the place to several people after our first stay. My brother and his friends were considering it for a two-week 50th birthday celebration, but I told them what happened and they chose somewhere else. The property itself is great, but my experience with the owner was really terrible.

A week flew by far too quickly at this lovely villa. It was just right for our family birthday celebration, and everyone found something to enjoy, from the children's games to relaxing by the beautiful pool. The place was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and everything we needed was there. Rafael, the owner, was charming and gave us useful tips for restaurants and shops. Thanks to him and his wife. I'll definitely come back.

We spent the Constitution Day long weekend here as a family and had a fantastic time. Tucked among olive groves, the house is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, and has everything a family or group needs. The outdoor activities were a big hit, with swings for the kids, ping-pong, paddle tennis, basketball and more. The shared dining space also has all the kitchen utensils you could need. Rafael was a lovely host. We'll be back!
