Pedro was generous with advice and very kind, and as an avid cyclist he had plenty of route suggestions. Can Roca is a lovely, spacious villa in Petra, a charming village in central Mallorca and a handy base for exploring the island. It has three full bedrooms, two beautiful bathrooms, including one ensuite, plus a patio with an outdoor shower and a first-floor terrace with sun loungers. The house is fully equipped for a relaxing stay. There's a garage, though we didn't need it because parking was easy. We had a great experience.

We slept wonderfully for all seven days, thanks to incredibly comfortable beds. The house is bigger than the photos suggest and has a great range of kitchenware. Having a laundry room was a big help after long beach days and all those towels. Pedro was kind and helpful, with great suggestions for coves and restaurants. The house is well maintained and thoughtfully equipped, and we definitely recommend it.

Petra is peaceful, with several places to eat Mallorcan food, and the house is well placed for touring the island. Our place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The host was friendly and attentive, worked around our arrival time, and shared useful trip recommendations.

We spent several days in November in a very large house with cozy rooms and a lovely terrace. Pedro was friendly and ready to help whenever needed. The quiet village of Petra was a pleasure, and we thought the price was great for what we got.

Pedro was helpful and always available, and the house made for a quiet, private break in charming Petra, without the tourist crowds. It's safe, clean, and peaceful, with fast Wi-Fi, modern bathrooms, and a patio with an umbrella. The kitchen has everything you need, the appliances all work well, and every room has air conditioning. Garage and parking are always available. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to unwind, especially if you like privacy.
