Roberto made us feel very welcome at this charming family hotel. The rooms were large and spotless, and the garden was beautiful. We especially appreciated how much care he put into every detail of breakfast.

We stopped here on our way to the Santander ferry and couldn't fault the place. It's the best dog-friendly hotel I've stayed in. The owners were very helpful, the rooms were lovely, and the lounge and small bar were nice too. The evening menu is limited, but everything is freshly cooked, and the parking is excellent and feels safe. I'd recommend it to anyone.

They call it pet friendly, but apparently that depends on your dog's size. I booked a month ahead and called to mention I had two dogs, just to avoid any trouble. They said it was fine and never said large dogs weren't accepted. After handing me the keys, they then told me to cancel because they wouldn't take my dogs, saying they'd had problems with other guests before. I think refusing some dogs because of their size or weight is completely discriminatory. Such a waste of time and gas. What a shame.
