Golden Taurus Aquapark Resort

The pools were AMAZING, and the staff were just as lovely. I travelled on my own with my six-year-old son for his birthday and was impressed by the whole hotel. Everyone was friendly, and Marta was our favourite, always greeting us with a beautiful smile and looking after us each day. We'd love to come back, and I can't recommend the place enough.

The location made it easy to get around, with plenty of transport nearby if you want to travel farther. Our rooms were immaculate, the pool was lovely, and there were lots of sunbeds. The animation team got us involved in pool activities, and we especially enjoyed basketball and water polo. Evenings had a great atmosphere with something for everyone. My fiancé and I had the best little September getaway. We got engaged at the hotel, and the bar team gave us wonderful service. Marta especially was brilliant and clearly cared about the people she served. She made our time there extra special.

Marta at the bar and snack area was fantastic, friendly, polite, helpful, and lovely. She was the most helpful person I met at the hotel. The rest of our experience was awful. We waited three hours to check in with our three-year-old. Our room was on what was called the third floor, but with the floor below it, it was really the fourth. There were no locks on the windows or doors, and I was worried my son might climb out onto the balcony. Reception and the TUI representative said it would be sorted by Saturday, but nothing was done and nothing had been logged. I asked every day about moving to an empty first-floor room, but after reception spoke with manager Kelly, I was told there were no rooms. On Sunday, TUI representative Elizabeth and two other staff members joined in. When I said they would be responsible if my son fell, Elizabeth replied that even from the first floor he would be splattered. I called TUI and learned none of my daily concerns had been recorded. I was insulted for raising a safety concern and ignored when I asked for help. The receptionist staff were rude and didn't want to listen, and the TUI rep didn't seem to care either. The food was disgusting and inedible, just slop everywhere. I heard what others had paid for all inclusive and was glad I hadn't spent more. I would never recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children.
