Nekane was a lovely host from the start. She helped organize our trip, answered our questions quickly, and took care of anything we needed while staying discreet. When we mentioned how much we liked a typical Las Hurdes dessert, she even went into the kitchen and made a tray for us to enjoy. We were a large group and spent two nights in the apartments. Everything went smoothly: they’re spacious and spotless, the bathrooms are fully equipped, and the kitchen has what you need to feel at home. We had the common room to ourselves, and there are restrooms and a barbecue in the courtyard. The village’s natural swimming pool, a restaurant, a place serving homemade food, two supermarkets, and cafes are all within 600 meters. The village is also well placed for visiting local sights, so we made good use of each day to explore.

Nekane was charming and so helpful, giving us lots of local information and sorting out anything we needed. The apartment was very clean, with everything provided and really large rooms. The pool is on the small side, but it was clean and well maintained. Everything was just right.

Nekane looked after us well and shared helpful information about the area. We had a very pleasant stay in the fully equipped, clean apartment, with all the amenities we needed. It’s in a peaceful part of Pinofranqueado, only a few meters from the center. We’ll definitely come back. Manolo.

We love Las Hurdes, and these apartments made a great base for staying there. Everything was very clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the place had all we needed to feel at home. The pool was a lovely way to cool off in summer. Highly recommended.
