Everywhere in the hostel is decorated with handmade paintings, which is extraordinary, and it's very well located with good prices. The rooms are clean but small and very basic, with only just enough of the bare essentials. Parking is difficult. You can hear everything from the rooms above and beside you.

The quadruple rooms are clean, but very cramped. There's no room to open suitcases, and not even a wardrobe. Getting in touch is a problem too. Calls are restricted, and sometimes they answer on another phone, sometimes they don't. Our companions asked for the access PIN at 3 PM and didn't get it until 8:30 PM. That's unacceptable.

The room was dark, with nowhere to put clothes, no wardrobe or other furniture. Even the bedside table was just a tree trunk 🪵. The shower screen covered only half the space, and the tray was small, so the whole bathroom floor got soaked. It was a disaster. Getting in was an ordeal. It was raining, and with small children we had to wait at the door while the guy finished the paperwork to send us the entry codes. The photos make it look like there's a playground, but it's actually a public park across the street 🤣. They call it family-friendly, but painted walls are about the only child-friendly thing; it's not comfortable for children. I wouldn't stay again.

There were plenty of good things: a good location, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge, and a place to get coffee, snacks, and appetizers. The access app worked very well too. But the bed let down our stay at Family Hostel in Pinto. We expected to sleep well on a comfortable sofa bed, but the frame was low quality and moved around a lot. The pillows weren't very plump, either. We could also hear guests next door loudly using the shower or bathroom. The hostel should invest in new sofa beds or sturdier bed frames to give guests a better stay.

Getting here is quite an ordeal, with one exit and then another highway to take. The service is awful: you message and get no reply, call and nobody answers. Total chaos. The rooms are the worst. This morning, the shower screen in the next room shattered, and they even called an ambulance. The whole experience was terrible.
