Casa Rafeleta

I booked a double room for the last weekend of September, the 25th, using a Wonderbox voucher. Months ago, they asked me for all the voucher details, and said I’d lose it if I didn’t show up. I wanted everything clear, but when I emailed three weeks beforehand, nobody replied. I called the number I was supposed to have saved, but no one picked up, not even on the landline. My only option was WhatsApp, where a woman named Eva, supposedly the owner, eventually replied. Her messages came across as rude and lacking empathy. I’ve saved those and my emails in case she later tells a different story. The complaint was made on site. I could say more, but for a stay in this beautiful town, I’d pick somewhere else or make sure everything is clear first. Wonderbox vouchers seem like a lost cause. As I told her, she’s lucky to be in such a lovely town, because her professionalism is nonexistent.

The staff were attentive the whole time and even let us have breakfast early. Our room was spacious and cozy, and breakfast was excellent. A charming mountain hotel. We’ll be back!

The breakfast room was dusty and covered in cobwebs, and the rooms were just as bad: tobacco stench, dust, and stained sheets. We were travelling with a minor and neither of us smoked, but when we said the rooms weren't what we'd asked for, they refused to give us the rooms we requested. The owner treated us terribly because we had a Wonderbox package. Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Horrible, I can't recommend it.

Service was nonexistent, and they were rude. This place is a waste of space and a total mess. Don't book here, there are places next door where they'll welcome you properly.
