10/10
The restaurant was excellent. We had the €14.50 menu of the day, with three courses, water and wine included. There was a good choice for each course and everything was nicely presented. The staff were terrific, helpful and a credit to the hotel. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean, though they could use a bit of updating. A friendly, nice hotel, and we'll definitely book it next time we travel through.

The manager was so helpful and gave us good information about Montfrague National Park and its information centre. I was very impressed.

The hotel was clean, had spacious rooms and an efficient staff, and it was open during Covid, too. It made a very good base for exploring Plasencia, a city we were lucky to discover. We found it absolutely attractive, with its monumental old buildings and especially the astonishing cathedral and decorated interior. The restaurant was very good as well.

I liked this place a lot. My room was very quiet, breakfast was lovely and included in the price, and the staff were polite and helpful. The restaurant and bar were good, too.

A horrible place to stay. They don't speak English to potential customers, and the customer service was handled very poorly. There's no private garage, only open parking exposed to the environment. I don't recommend it.
