Dream Bocayna Village Playa Blanca

The views are amazing, and we could see the sea from where we stayed. The bungalows were comfortable and lovely, though they could use more kitchen basics for anyone self-catering. The food was outstanding and the staff were friendly. It felt peaceful and more suited to adults looking for a quiet break than to families with kids, as there wasn't really anything for children to do. The resort may look a little dated to some, but I didn't find it any worse than most places. There are plenty of nearby shops and restaurants, and some nice walks. The beaches are lovely too if you're happy to walk for about half an hour. If you're after a place to sleep and eat well, I couldn't fault it. I'd definitely recommend it and would come back.

We had a great stay in December 2025, and booked our next visit to Bocayna before leaving, choosing a particular bungalow while we were still there. We wanted a quiet, relaxing holiday, and this hotel really suited us. The bungalow was modern and clean, with lovely sea views and sunshine all day. The food was good throughout, especially dinner, which felt more like eating out than a typical hotel meal. The teams are small, and staff across the hotel were great, so we felt included in the holiday. Everywhere was spotless, and I really liked the thoughtful, quality planting. We saw the hotel go from a quieter spell to being full, but it still didn't feel crowded and service stayed smooth. Maintenance sorted the minor problems we had quickly. We know Playa Blanca well and still went to local restaurants and bars even though we were all inclusive. Thanks to the Bocayna Team for a lovely holiday.

We were there in August and had a brilliant time. The location was quiet and just right, and there were always sunbeds free around the pool. Our room was huge and clean, the food was delicious with lots to choose from, and the staff were so helpful and friendly, especially the bar team. We'll be back soon.

We came looking for peace and quiet, and that's exactly what we got. The team helped make the stay, with genuinely warm smiles, great service, and good food and drinks. We don't usually return to the same place because we like trying somewhere different, but I'd make an exception for Bocayna.
