We arrived at the villa at 8pm and there was no cot for our 10-month-old to sleep in. We’d confirmed it when booking and even got an email saying it had been added. I called the helpline and they hung up on me. For what this villa costs, that customer service is disgraceful. Terrible service. Avoid Solmar Villas.

I’m staying here now and it’s a beautiful villa, a fantastic place. There’s a shop and a few bars within walking distance down the road. You’ll need a car or taxi to get to Playa Blanca. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
