Aparthotel Green Field

The food had a huge range to suit different tastes, and the desserts were amazing. Staff were quick to sort out problems too. Our hairdryer wasn't working and they fixed it within 20 minutes. Just got back from a stay in a great central location. The rooms were clean and made up every other day, and the staff were exceptional, especially Orlando at the front desk and Pille behind the bar. Recommended if you want a good base and good food.

We booked this through Jet2's “Vibe” hotels, but it didn't feel like a vibe hotel at all. There were lots of elderly guests, which is fine for a quiet break, but we felt out of place. The rooms were okay, though there were a few questionable stains on the walls, and the staff were lovely. Our shower leaked into the room below, so a maintenance man spent an hour fixing it. The fish pond by the smoking area started leaking and a burst pipe flooded the area. The fire alarm went off several times a day. The food was terrible, honestly, so we ate out for the rest of our stay. Mulligans next door is brilliant for food and drinks, and guests at Green Field get 10% off. The nightlife nearby isn't great either. From about 11pm, we saw prostitutes sitting on the benches outside and hollering people over. The staff were great, and the pool area is fab if you don't mind it being next to the motorway.

What made the trip memorable was how warmly the staff treated my daughter. They greeted us with such friendly faces, and she was sad to say goodbye when we left. The animation team kept activities going by the pool, and when they weren't around, the people from MyG kept things funny and lively. We especially liked the white party on Saturday. We chose all-inclusive and it was worth it for us. We expected to eat out more, but dinners were enjoyable and varied. The rooms may not be modern and the Wi-Fi is unreliable, but the food was good. My daughter enjoyed both the staff and the other guests, and we had a very pleasant stay. The reviews seem harsh to me. The good outweighed the bad by far, and I'd recommend it, especially a ground-floor room facing the pool for easy access.

The white pool party today, Saturday, was excellent, and the team were great. All-inclusive drinks were okay, local spirits and such. The food wasn't bad for what we paid, though breakfast was like feeding time at the zoo. We're here now. The rooms need updating, and our shower floods the bathroom every time. I asked reception to check it, but no one came. For the money, it's okay overall.
