The kids loved the kids club, and the entertainment team were great with them. Sakura was another highlight, with really engaging staff. At Route 66, the manager and servers were attentive, and the ribs and apple crumble were brilliant. This was our second visit, and it was just as brilliant as the first. All the staff were great. We'd highly recommend the hotel!

The infinity pool was a highlight, with excellent views and sunbeds. Our spacious room in building 1, floor 4, faced the Hard Rock hotel but still had a good view. The rooms and public areas are modern and well kept, and there was plenty of space for three people. Breakfast and dinner in the half-board buffet were okay, though not at the level of the à la carte meal. We gave feedback during our stay, and Maare from guest experience kindly got us a table at the View restaurant, which is usually limited to Privilege guests. The food and service there were much better than at the buffet. Check-in took a while. Underground private parking was convenient, but it's under buildings 2 and 3, so getting our suitcases to building 1 took some effort. If you've booked the private parking, it's easier to leave the luggage in the car while checking in, since there's a small temporary parking area. Public street parking is limited. We'd happily stay here again when we're in Tenerife. The location, walking promenade, and View à la carte restaurant were excellent.

Rochdi at Route 66 deserves a special mention. He was warm and friendly, very professional, and attentive to the details, which made every visit a pleasure. He's easily the best waiter in all of Tenerife. We had a wonderful time at H10 Atlantic Sunset Horizons Collection. The hotel is modern, beautiful, and exceptionally well maintained, with spacious, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and stunning views. The food was great too, with plenty of variety for different tastes. We'd highly recommend it and hope to return.

The rooms were spotless, modern, and comfortable, and the view was breathtaking. We also found the atmosphere relaxing and beautiful. The reception team made us feel valued right from the start, with a friendly, professional welcome. Food was delicious, fresh, varied, and really good quality. Staff throughout the hotel were kind, welcoming, and ready to help with a smile. There were fun activities for children and lovely shows every evening, which made it especially enjoyable for families. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return.
