I stayed for 2 nights and had everything I needed to recover during the Camino. The owner, Alex, provided fantastic service and even upgraded me to a bigger room. It's 10 minutes from the city center and 300 meters from the Camino path. Alex seems to take great care with every part of the business. I hope it goes well for him. 5 stars! (Picture from the room)

After a long day walking, I found Hostal El Cruce to be a calm, restful place during my Camino de Santiago pilgrimage. It's cozy and straightforward, with clean, comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. There aren't luxury amenities, but it has what I needed for a quiet stay. Its handy position on the pilgrimage route is another plus. A good no-frills option for pilgrims.

The staff were so nice and friendly. When my mum was sick, one of them went out to buy her a thermoval for her fever. They also took us to a shop for sticks because it was almost closing and we wouldn't have got there in time. The location was lovely, close to the city center and this beautiful river site, and the place was really comfortable.
