The beds were the one thing I'd change. We stayed twice and had the same issue both times: the mattresses could be more comfortable. The rooms themselves are adequate, and the hotel is very nice. It's fairly close to the city center, and despite being on an avenue, it's quiet. We didn't use the spa, but the service there looked incredible. There are shops inside, and the concierge is excellent. Service at the bar is excellent too, and everything we tried was delicious, from breakfast to the all-day restaurant. The staff are attentive to every detail.

We weren't staying at the hotel, but had both lunch and dinner at its restaurant. The traditional food was delicious, and our waitress gave us excellent service. They also take care over the details in the kitchen and can adapt dishes to be gluten-free.

The seafood soup was the best I've ever had in a restaurant, and everything else was very good too. The weekend set menu was 24 euros, with excellent service. They adapted the dishes for celiacs without any problem. Gluten-free diners are well looked after here. I'll definitely be back, and 100% recommend it.
