The jacuzzi after a day of mountain skiing was fantastic. This apartment is a real little gem, and we’d love to come back. Such a wonderful experience!

Repeated messages through Booking.com about changing my reservation and asking general questions went unanswered. When I called to sort things out, the response was unhelpful and unprofessional, with no effort to work through basic requests. The lack of communication and customer service made for an extremely disappointing experience. This is not an acceptable standard for a property on a public booking platform, and I’d advise future guests to look at other accommodation nearby, where there are much more reliable and professional options. Do not use this place!

There was no proper heating. We were given a portable electric radiator, then the next day it was taken away for other guests. The apartment was dirty and smelled bad, and there were people living there long term who were noisy and disruptive. The check-in process also came with a lot of requirements. We weren’t comfortable and didn’t like the place at all. I’m very sorry.
