Apartamentos Duvabitat

Our apartment had a good-sized balcony with tables and chairs overlooking the pool for our block, and it got the evening sun. There’s another pool at the main hotel, with a pool bar and activities during the day. Beach towels can be rented at reception for €10 each, and the safe costs €18 for the week. The apartment was spotless and cleaned every day. In the main bedroom there was a TV and two large, comfortable single beds. The smaller second room had one bed. The bathroom was small but just right, and towels, soap, shampoo, and body wash were provided. The kitchen had a fridge with a bottle of water, a nice touch after we arrived late at night. There was also a hob, microwave, and all the cutlery, crockery, washing-up liquid, and tea towels we needed. In the main area beside the kitchen were another TV, a sofa bed, and a table and chairs. We booked bed and breakfast, with a wide choice of nice options in the morning. We ate at the hotel a couple of evenings too. Dinner was €18 each, plus €3 for unlimited soft drinks or €6 for beer and wine. The staff were so friendly and helpful. For what we paid, I honestly can’t fault the place. We’re thinking of coming back next year.

There was a free shuttle from reception to the port until 7pm, and they could call a taxi if we needed one. Walking there took about 18 minutes. The pool area was quiet when we visited in early July, which we liked. Our second room was really, really small, though the rooms were cleaned daily. Reception also lends out large beach or pool towels, so we didn't need to bring our own.

We had breakfast and dinner included, and were surprised to find a two-bedroom apartment at such a fair price. It came with air conditioning, a big balcony, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. We can definitely recommend this hotel.

The apartment was clean and well looked after, and reception were friendly and genuinely helpful. It's set away from both the town and the beach, which was the one drawback. Still, I'd recommend staying here, and we may well come back.
