A couple of minutes on foot gets you to the beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the hotel itself is in a great spot. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. At our late arrival, the receptionist checked us in quickly, gave us useful information, and helped us find parking. Check-in is available 24 hours. The room was a decent size, well equipped, and cleaned daily, though there’s limited space for clothes. Breakfast was decent too, with eggs cooked to order, continental options, fruit, pastries, a self-serve coffee machine, and juices. The pool was clean but cold, and the sunbeds were comfortable. There’s a pleasant sun terrace. We didn’t try the gym or spa, but they looked clean, tidy, and up to a good standard. The bar and food options looked plentiful, though we didn’t use them. I’d recommend this hotel and would be glad to return.

Parking around here isn’t the easiest, so bear that in mind. We found the hotel extremely clean, with friendly reception and breakfast staff, and a good breakfast selection. Our issues were in the room: the mini-fridge didn’t work, and the air conditioning either failed or barely worked. We had to sleep with the balcony door open and put up with the noise outside.

A calm, lovely pool area and a nice breakfast made the stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the staff were lovely and friendly. I’d stay here again.

We spent two nights here and found the rooms really nice, with super friendly staff throughout. The beach and nearby restaurants and bars are only a very short walk away. There’s a lot on offer, including pools, a hot tub, bike garage, bar, and breakfast. Since it’s brand new, we paid less than it’s worth, so book while you can!

The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is beautiful, newly opened, and built with quality materials. There’s a lot of attention to detail. One little suggestion: replace the toaster, since the current one seemed to confuse some guests 😅. I’d definitely recommend staying here in Port de Pollença.
