Hoposa Uyal 4 Sup

The junior suite we stayed in could use more hooks and storage for clothes, but that’s our one small observation about a wonderful week. It was our first stay at Hotel Uyal in Puerto Pollensa, and my two sisters and I loved every minute. The beachside location is superb, with shops and restaurants in walking distance. Christina and the reception team were efficient and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food was great, and the restaurant staff were accommodating about special dietary needs. Our room was cleaned daily and had fresh towels. We also loved the entertainment, with very talented musicians and singers. Everything felt customer focused, and the people working there were special. We’ll be back! Margaret Ann (Ireland).

The beach is right across the street, and it was never super busy, which I loved. The music and ambience were really relaxing, and I haven’t found another place like this. I’ve stayed at the hotel several times and it’s never disappointed. The venue is beautifully decorated, very clean throughout, and the facilities are the best. The staff are amazing, especially Sebastian and Manuel, who are masters of their craft, always happy to help and chat, and do anything to make guests feel welcome. The food has improved. I prefer the buffet to the previous à la carte setup, since there’s more variety and plenty to choose from. The venue also hires artists who play guitar, sing or dance flamenco, all very tasteful. 😊

Our room was extremely spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows and hot showers. It was very cold when we checked in because the heat wasn’t working, but we told the front desk as we were heading out and it had been fixed by the time we got back. The staff were friendly, the amenities were great, and both breakfast and dinner buffets had a great selection. There was plenty of free street parking when we visited in March. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and serviced every day. We enjoyed the food, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel is on the beachfront, about a 10-minute walk from all the amenities.
