Rural Cuadrovena

A really nice place, with clean, pleasant facilities and such lovely employees. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location is great if that's all you need, but this isn't somewhere to relax. Even in a rural hotel out in the countryside, the rooms aren't soundproof, and you can hear every conversation. We had a couple with children who shouted and yelled from 5:30 in the morning, and it was even worse because they didn't respect the rules. I wrote to the owner, since they're only there at certain times, but he didn't even ask what had happened or why I was complaining. As a business owner responsible for guests, I think he should at least have tried to find out. I wouldn't come back because of the service. They don't seem to care about customers.

The communal terrace tables were handy for eating food we brought ourselves, and there was a large shared refrigerator where guests could keep food and drinks. Parking is free and spacious enough for everyone, though it's outdoors and uncovered; a roof would spoil the charm. The accommodation sits in a luxurious mountain setting with priceless views. Everything was clean, tidy, and nicely decorated, and the staff were polite, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We felt right at home. It was lovely to see how naturally the place fits into the mountain environment. Lizards scurried along the parking lot walls, snails were on some plants, and native insects were around the parking area. We've traveled a lot and don't usually leave reviews, but this one felt essential. Thanks so much for everything. Don't forget us, we'll definitely be back!

The best part was our host, Lili, who stole my heart. The hotel also has a spot where you can leave your food, then have a peaceful dinner on the terrace. Breakfast was quite good, and the location is fantastic, with great views and plenty of quiet outdoor spaces. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it. Thank you for everything.
