Illa D'Or Club

The people at Hotel Illa d’Or made our holiday unforgettable. From check-in through to departure, every staff member seemed to truly want to help. Eduard at the front desk welcomed us warmly and arranged a beautiful bouquet for my wife’s birthday and anniversary as we arrived, perfect. Monica, Ramon, German, Martin, Jesus and Belo were all wonderful too. And a special mention to our Prince Albert, always friendly and attentive by the water in the mornings and evenings, and a dedicated, hard-working person who always has time for you. My wife and I stayed in Room 114 from the 2nd to the 9th of May 2026. The room was beautifully appointed and immaculate, with every small detail thought of. The team’s warmth and professionalism made us feel at home right away. The hotel’s classic, relaxed elegance and world-class service made for a truly magical stay. Please pass on our thanks to them in person. Hotel Illa d’Or, well done, you’re doing everything right. We can’t wait to return.

We’ve just come back from a perfect week at the blissful utopia that is the Illa D’Or Hotel. The food was excellent, the hotel spotlessly clean, and the accommodation very comfortable at every tier, all managed with absolute precision. The hospitality was five-star from the moment we arrived. All the staff were great, especially Wagner and Santi, who were on hand for every request. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, and we’re already looking forward to our visit next month in July!

The calm surroundings and closeness to the beach gave me real peace of mind while traveling with young children. I felt completely at ease letting the kids enjoy themselves. The sea views made mornings and evenings especially lovely too. We had a wonderful few days at Hotel Villa D’Or in Pollença during the Easter holidays. The staff welcomed us warmly and were friendly and attentive from the start. The location is excellent, especially being so close to the beach, which made everything convenient and kept the stay relaxed. It was exactly the kind of holiday we hoped for, and I’d love to come back next year.

Nearly every day there’s live music, which makes the evenings feel relaxed and memorable. The hotel also has a real community feel, with many guests returning year after year, sometimes several times annually. Hotel Illa d’Or is a special place, tucked right by the sea with a picturesque, secluded feel, though it’s only a few minutes’ walk from the lively heart of Puerto Pollença. The staff give it a homely atmosphere, anticipating personal needs with warm, professional service that’s attentive without fuss. The style is classical chic, mixing old-world charm with a tasteful contemporary edge. I’ll definitely go back next year, if I’m not tempted sooner!
