We had excellent communication with the management. When the coffee machine broke, they quickly brought a replacement, and they also promptly replaced the damaged ping-pong paddles. The house is older and could use some repairs and updating, but that didn't get in the way of our holiday. It's a beautiful finca with a big pool, a ping-pong table, a lawn, and a separate building with an outdoor kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, plus a hand mixer, juicer, and toaster. I would've liked a sharp knife and a few more cups. There’s one bathroom upstairs, near the master bedroom and twin room; downstairs are the third bedroom and TV room, with another bathroom. The annex has a separate shower and toilet. In midsummer, one parasol and the sunshade weren't quite enough for six people.
