The pool and location are very good, but poor upkeep and lack of investment let the villa down badly. We had plumbing troubles, including toilets that wouldn’t flush, brown water, and blocked sinks. There were electrical problems too, with faulty air conditioning and a fire alarm that kept beeping. Maintenance teams had to come out several times. Reviews we found on other sites from this summer suggest these problems may be ongoing. I’d avoid it, as there are better options at the same price or less.

The setting is idyllic, with beautiful views, and the place feels like a real retreat. When I first arrived, I thought it was a shame that Finca Villa Rico was so tucked away, but I quickly saw what a lovely place it is. The grounds are cared for with great attention, the construction is remarkable, and the rooms are enormous. The owners clearly put thought into the details and used high-quality materials throughout. It’s a gem for anyone looking for peace and quiet. Highly recommended if you can afford a stay in Mallorca, inland between Pollença and the Port.

There are three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a garden grill. The villa is amazing, with a large pool and garden.
