The garage easily fit our family van, and breakfast was adequate. We stayed here with the family while visiting El Bierzo, using the hotel as a base for seeing Ponferrada and nearby attractions.

The price was very reasonable, and the AC lounge was good too. Robert and the rest of the staff were so friendly and kind. I stayed at about 10 AC hotels this time, and this one was the best. Thank you!

The rooms are comfortable and spotless, which makes it easy to rest after a long day. When I came back this year, the whole team was still professional, kind, and attentive. I first stayed at the Marriott in Ponferrada in 2021 while walking the Camino de Santiago. I was dealing with knee injuries and going through a difficult time, and one employee in particular went out of their way to help me. I still remember how well they looked after me. This hotel has earned my loyalty. I wouldn't choose anywhere else in Ponferrada.

The breakfast was very good, the staff were good, and the price was great. Everything was clean. The AC wasn't enough for a large room, and its thermostat seemed to work backwards. We'd reserved a queen bed but got two singles. We'd just walked 20 hot miles on Camino and were too tired to sort it out.

The bedrooms were very comfortable and had bathroom products, and the location worked well, though it was a bit far from Old town. It was a perfectly fine hotel for our Camino route, but honestly felt a little soulless.
