The rooms are clean and cozy, but basic, with very poor lighting. There’s central heating and private parking. I don’t think they offer breakfast or have a cafeteria, at least I didn’t see either or get offered anything. Service was average, with hardly any extras. I stayed here twice. The first visit was fine. On the second, I stayed two nights, and the first was awful because noise from the elevator in the adjacent building kept me from sleeping. In the morning, someone, maybe the owner, was talking loudly in the hallway. I asked to change rooms for the second night and slept better. It’s okay for a quick night or two if you get the right room, but otherwise it can be noisy. Fine, though not ideal, just a bed and not much else. 3/5.

It was great in the past, and it’s still not bad, but I had a rough time in the room during some very hot days because there’s no air conditioning.

That receptionist deserves a mention. She was there when we arrived at 3 pm, opened the door for us at 3 am, and was still around at 9 am when we left. People like her lift the country. As for the stars, I think someone was too generous, because 3 stars already seem like a lot to me. The rating should be checked every so often, since things get worse with time. You can get an idea from the reviews before staying, but take a chance thinking people are just being too picky. They aren’t. It really is as described.

I don’t think the lady deserves even one star. She’s very confused. We went out to a party yesterday and got back at 2:30AM, but she had gone to sleep and locked the entrance, so nobody could get in. Our friend called her, and she came to open it 1h 30m later.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a very good location. Everything was perfect, and the owner was delightful. We’ll definitely come back whenever we’re in the area.
