A really easy, welcoming place to get some rest, just an hour from the city. There are nice local walks and lovely villages close by. The owners are helpful without getting in your way, and dogs are allowed in some of the accommodations. I'd come back whenever I need a break.

Way too expensive.

Monasterio is very quiet, though there are no shops or restaurants, so bring whatever you'll need. The houses are in a small village in Guadalajara and work well for a couple's getaway. Each one has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, jacuzzi, sauna, and tantric couch. The hostess was attentive to every detail and gave excellent service.

The jacuzzi is a 10/10, and the hosts are always around if you need anything. It's a spectacular spot to unwind from everyday life. The houses are warm in winter, and no details are missed in the kitchen or anywhere else in the house. The hosts are wonderful people. I 100% recommend it. Cheers!

The hosts are genuinely lovely people, and the place is spectacular for unwinding as a couple. We've already told several friends about it, and we'll definitely be back.
