Hotel Rural Can Feliu

It has the feel of your grandparents’ country home, with super friendly staff who make you feel welcome. The hotel is lovely, with good rooms, a swimming pool, and some chicken. Breakfast was nice too, not huge, but it had everything you need. The location is ideal for exploring, less than an hour from anywhere around the island. I’d definitely recommend it, and we’ll return next time we’re in Majorca.

Can Feliu feels personal and full of character, with fantastic wines and a real sense of care from the owners and staff. From the warm welcome to the lovely surroundings, the place feels authentic and full of life. It’s tucked away off the beaten path, and we’ll definitely be back.

The animals were a big part of our stay. Our son loved seeing the chickens outside the apartment each morning, then visiting the ducks, cows, pigs, and donkey every day. The pool was too cold for him, but we were busy with the animals anyway. We also wandered around the lovely vineyards, though we ran out of time to do the wine tasting. We had the set dinner in the dining room on two nights, and both meals were delicious Mallorca specialties cooked by the owner. They even kindly got our son healthy snacks. We were very happy with the food. We stayed at Can Feliu in May, and the place is beautiful with a homely feel. The owners and their family made us feel welcome, and were friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. We were a bit anxious about bringing our one-year-old, since it seemed mainly marketed to adults, but felt completely at ease once we arrived. The highchair was very clean, and the cotbed and sheets were immaculate and very good quality. If you’re coming with an infant, I’d recommend an apartment. It was such a warm, pleasant stay, and we’d love to return. We made lovely memories connecting with nature and will recommend this Finca to our friends.

The rooms were lovely, clean, updated, and had air conditioning. The landscape and pool were beautiful, and the wine was delicious. We had a perfect, relaxing stay and didn’t want to leave. There isn’t much to do nearby in Porreres, but it’s a good base for exploring the southeast beaches. Highly recommend!
