We’d definitely come back. The suite was a great size, housekeeping came frequently, and we had a good room, a lovely pool, very fine breakfast, amazing service, and a perfect location. The music by the pool played all day and evening, though, and we could hear it in the suite. The gym is really small, but has a few good pieces of equipment.

Even in November there was plenty to do, including bikes and scooters, or the gym. The food was incredible, fresh and delicious at every meal. My room had a breathtaking view, and was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very clean. The service was outstanding, with every staff member going out of their way to make me feel welcome and looked after. I had an amazing stay, highly recommended!

The staff went out of their way to look after us, and we were even surprised with a complimentary bottle of champagne. Breakfast had a big selection for everyone, though the eggs Benedict were my favorite. The sea views were stunning and made a perfect backdrop to an exceptional stay. We’d definitely return and highly recommend the hotel.

The beds and sheets were incredibly luxurious, and the blackout blinds worked so well that I slept for a long, uninterrupted stretch. The hotel is pricey, but worth every penny. Rooms feel luxurious and are laid out with care, with original details that make the atmosphere comfortable and tranquil. The design has real flair, balancing artistry with practicality. 11/10!

We spent four days here, and breakfast on the outdoor terrace was a lovely way to start each morning, with a great choice of food. The rooms were fabulous, most looking over the bay, and the staff were attentive. It’s a lovely hotel, well located above Portals.
