Grupotel Cala Marsal Natura Hotel

The food was delicious, varied, and made every meal feel different. The nearby beach is gorgeous, with clear water just a few steps away, and we loved that the management checked in with guests and made sure everyone felt welcome and looked after. The staff were fantastic. Manuel, Joanna, Andres, and the reception team were kind and professional, and really made us feel at home. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Grupotel Cala Marsal Nature Hotel and would highly recommend it. We’ll definitely be back!

There were a couple of things that could be better: people often use the sauna without towels, which felt a bit unhygienic, and the rooms are only swept with a broom, so they aren’t completely spotless. Still, it’s a gorgeous hotel in a breathtaking spot, and I’d definitely visit again. The bay and its picture-perfect beach were a real highlight, and the wellness area was lovely. The property has been beautifully renovated, and breakfast was fantastic, with exceptionally friendly staff making the morning even better.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and had a lovely stay. The wellness area was great, and the location makes it easy to walk to a clean, pleasant beach with warm water or into the town center, while still feeling nicely tucked away. Cala Marsal Hotel looks fantastic after its full renovation, modern and stylish as well as comfortable. The pools are the one part that seem older, with some rusty spots, and don’t quite fit the fresh look of the rest of the hotel.

We didn’t use the hotel’s food or drink facilities, so I can’t say anything about those. Our room was quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated, and it was tidied every day. Everything looked brand new and very nice, as if the hotel had been completely renovated. The location was good, with a beautiful bay within walking distance, though it’s not close to Palma. Good value for the price.
