Pilar was the highlight of our stop at La Casa de Manuel on the Camino de Santiago. She’s lovely and had thoughtful things ready for us, including drinks and breakfast. She also pointed us to a great dinner spot and other places for the rest of our trip. We left some stuffed animals behind, and she arranged for them to be delivered to our next stop. The apartment itself is fantastic, and Pilar was so friendly. We loved everything about the stay.

I’ve stayed here several times, and Pilar seems to outdo herself each visit. The accommodation is superb, and she’s just as wonderful as the apartment. Next time I’m in Portomarín, I’ll certainly stay at La Casa de Manuel again.

Pili was a wonderful host, attentive to everything we needed and even helping us get a lunch reservation. The apartments are fantastic, with every detail taken care of, and the cold breakfast left in the apartment was spectacular. The service and professionalism were top-notch. If you’re in Portomarín, don’t hesitate to book Casa de Manuel.
