SCAM! The apartment was disgusting, dirty, and unchecked. If you're thinking of renting from rentalsnow/alquileres sierra nevada/ FRANCISCO, I believe it's a scam. They asked us for a €150 deposit when we arrived, without telling us beforehand, even though we'd already paid the full apartment price. We were told it would be returned after they checked the apartment when we left. For five days, they said their Bizum wasn't working, then sent a screenshot of what they claimed was a transfer. Ten days later, nothing had arrived. When I spoke to the guy who had helped us, he said he'd just found out his boss was a scammer who had run off with everyone's money. Don't trust these people.

We're reporting a scam we experienced while using this company's services, and we've already been in touch with another victim. If anyone else has been scammed too, please contact us so we can file a joint complaint. We don't recommend renting from this company.

The apartment was in perfect condition and had great views. The owners were friendly and attentive, too. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it. A perfect 10 from us!

Filthy, and far too expensive for what they offer. There was so much dust you could write on the picture frames, and what I found under the sofa was even worse. They ought to be inspected by the health department and fined heavily.
