We’ll definitely be back with friends and family for another ski season. The apartment was fabulous, clean, bright, and welcoming, and even had a treat for our dog, who came with us. The staff were amazing, helpful, and polite. The location is a gem, right in the heart of the Pradollano Resort in Sierra Navada, close to the Gondola's, shops, ski hire shops, and cafe's. The kitchenette had everything: kettle, microwave, fridge, cooker hob, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. The only small drawback was the very slow Wifi. We loved the place and can’t praise it enough.

Tanya, the manager, went out of her way to arrange ski lessons for the kids and book our equipment rental. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable family holiday. The views were stunning, the service outstanding, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. We had a wonderful time and would love to return. I highly recommend staying here.

I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels and apartments around the ski area as a regular visitor, and inside plaza was friendly and comfortable. We got a warm welcome at reception, and I couldn’t fault our weekend in Sierra Nevada.

The staff were nice, but the room was ridiculous for over €200 per night. It was small and needs an upgrade. With the open-plan layout, there’s noise all the time. Ear plugs were the only thing that saved us.
