Toño made everything straightforward from our first contact, and when we arrived he shared plenty of ideas for places to visit and eat. We tried his suggestions and were happy with them. There were six of us, four adults and a child, plus five dogs, and the house worked well for us. It has three bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs, as well as an upstairs shower room and a downstairs bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen and dining area include a medium-sized fridge, ceramic hob, oven, and dishwasher, which was a real bonus. Outside there’s a big patio with a barbecue and swings, though it has a steep slope. The house is on the edge of town in a quiet area with little traffic and lovely views, with lots of excursions nearby. We’d happily come back.

Toño welcomed us with such warmth and generosity, and was very kind throughout. The house is fully equipped, with comfortable beds, a big garden, and a barbecue. It’s set among the mountains, beside the Bear's Trail (Senda del Oso) and close to the Xanas Gorge. We’d happily stay forever. We’ll be back.

The owner was so helpful, a full 10 out of 10. We stayed October 8th and 9th, 2016, and paid €200 for the weekend, which felt like a very good price. The house was in great condition and comfortably fit 6-7 people. There’s a garden attached, plus a terrace for meals and a barbecue. Service was excellent.

Toño was easily the best part of the stay. He was pleasant, patient, and ready to answer our questions. We were two couples there the first week of August, and were generally satisfied. The house is conveniently beside the Bear's Trail, where you can rent bikes for a really nice ride, though some of the furniture is dated and pretty worn. At night, dogs at nearby properties bark a lot, so light sleepers may struggle. Getting a car through the gate is difficult: it sits at an angle to the road with very little space for a medium-sized car, and the slope makes the car roll around. I left mine outside.
