We ended up needing a place at the last minute after another hotel didn't honor our booking. Mohamed, the owner, kindly went out of his way to help us tired pilgrims find a room. Later we met our Camino friends at the bar and had some great drinks and pinchos. The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. Thanks to Mohamed and the staff for making our time in Puente La Reina enjoyable.

The room was quiet since it sits away from the main road, and it was comfortable and well equipped. The staff made us feel welcome, and they speak good French too, which was handy for us.

We were walking the Camino de Santiago de Compostela, and it was very good.

We were three people calling to reserve, and the service we got was terrible. It's hard to understand having no availability or service during Holy Week, when so many people come to town. We're very unhappy and disappointed, and wouldn't recommend even calling this place.
