I've been here four years running and I'm sure I'll come back again. It's such a peaceful spot, with lovely gardens, and the food from the cafeteria is top class. The little village is quaint, and both hotel spas are awesome. The staff are always helpful and cheerful, and the bedding is good quality with really comfortable beds.
The facilities are great, but the service badly lets them down. The staff were rude, never smiled, and didn't help us feel relaxed. During our mud treatment, just as we were ready to unwind, a woman started using a machine and metal trays. The loud noise went on for quite a while. They really need to improve the service.
We had the best time celebrating my mum's 80th birthday here. The location is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the food was amazing. Everyone on staff was so lovely. Thank you!
We weren't staying at the hotel, just stopped in for a coffee and a glass of wine. Service was great and the setting is beautiful. Everything we saw looked clean and well looked after.
The cafeteria terrace is lovely, and the food there was great. Service was excellent, and the outdoor pool was lovely too. Parking was good. We stayed one night before the Santander ferry. Our room was small, with a low sloping ceiling and a little window, but it had a nice view of the gardens and mountain. The air conditioning was blowing hot air, so the room was uncomfortably warm; maintenance came and fixed it.
